Ugly Horse - Season 3 - Episode 23

Mike often brings his '67 Mustang to Tom. Tom owns a shop and he's worked on the car for years. It's a special Mustang since Mike is wheelchair bound, with the car requiring a lot of gear, enabling Mike to get behind the wheel and drive. And Mike drives this car Big Time; he's already made it into a pretty cool ride, but Overhaulin' has decided to make it much cooler. So Tom plays the inside and works with Chris, Chip, A.J. and the gang.

With the car in Tom's care, Chris takes the Mustang to ACS, where Chip Foose and the A-Team make the car into an amazing ride, doing the impossible in seven short days. BUT, they take every second of those seven days, resulting in one of the longest, most nail-biting builds since Overhaulin' began. But before Mike can see it, he first thinks it's gone, with ‘Officers’ A.J. and Chris telling Mike that his pal Tom is up to no good, making cars disappear. In fact, Mike and Tom are close enough to have A.J. making a claim that perhaps Mike is in on the scam as well. But just as it all comes to a boil, Chris tells Mike that he's on Overhaulin', and that truly sinks in once Mike sees his new '67.
