Tuner Car - Season 3 - Episode 24

Prankster Extraordinaire Chris Jacobs gets permission from insider Jennifer; she tells Chris he can take her boyfriend's '95 Honda Civic to Street Concepts for the Overhaulin' of its life. The Civic belongs to Dylan, a guy who has been trying to fix the car up for quite a while now. It's a tuner car that is in bad shape, needing body work, an interior and a serious amount of everything else. Chris grabs the ride and brings it to Chip Foose.

Chip and his A-Team of car-building pros tear into the Honda as Chris pranks Dylan by way of an IRS mix-up. An automated phone system set up by Chris tells Dylan that the car has been confiscated and is now being stored due to tax issues. Chris then calls Dylan as the IRS agent who made this great mistake. The agent wants to make things right, vowing to get Dylan's car back to him as soon as possible. “As soon as possible” turns into a week as Foose and friends make the car into a blue, purple and silver masterpiece. Ultimately at the end of his rope by all this crazy IRS mismanagement, Jennifer helps Overhaulin' get Dylan to Street Concepts to collect his car. Dylan is simply stunned.
