Cherry Nova - Season 2 - Episode 2

Katy drives a worn and beaten 1967 Chevy Nova. She’s had it for years, she loves it, but Katy tells friends that it’s ‘Dying’. Once it’s brought to our OVERHAULIN’ shop at Dagel’s Street Rods, A-Team members Chip Foose, Gary Dagel, Jesse Combs, Brock Orick, Rowland Gutierrez, Aaron Ohama and Ashley Sangster totally remake the Nova, working with our insiders: Katy’s brother Scott, their mother Pam and Katy’s roommate, Jennifer.

As the adventure begins, Katy is told that the city has towed her car by mistake. During the week of the build, Katy has a number of phone conversations with tow operator Chris, an overly friendly guy who seems to be asking Katy out; she just wants her car back. After a frustrating chase that goes on for a week, Katy is finally led many miles from her home, at a strange place where she will pick up her ‘lost’ car. The strange place is Dagel’s and when she gets there, she’s fit to be tied -- until all is revealed and she sees her ‘new’ Nova.
