Clean Lemans - Season 3 - Episode 18

Chris, A.J., Chip Foose and Overhaulin' use their formidable pranking and building skills on Frederick and his 1968 Pontiac LeMans. Chris begins it all by posing as a homeless man, getting a dollar from Frederick and then stealing the ride, bringing it over to California Performance Transmission. Frederick's wife Tanya worked as an insider, beginning her part by giving a lot of ‘car’ and ‘Frederick’ information to Chip. The car began transforming as the pranks escalated.

Soon after Frederick finds his car missing, he learns (by way of Overhaulin's Elite Prank Squad) that the LeMans was confiscated by the Environmental Protection Agency. He is told that the EPA will need to clean the car and the area where it was parked. Meanwhile, Chip and the A-Team have their hands full with a very rusty, deteriorating Pontiac. It's a ride that needs a lot of work and new parts, but Foose and company come through just as it is time for the car to go back to Frederick. The reveal employs the very homeless man that Chris first played wh en this all began; a poor guy who Frederick gave a dollar to on Day One. It was good karma that came back to Frederick as he was reunited with his now-stunning car.
