It is the content of your site that will make or break it with those that visit. You must provide more than just a glossy brochure. This is your one and more than likely only opportunity to capture the attention of a visitor. Your content must be such that they will want to return to your site time and time again.

The design must be simple, sure there are a lot of people who have high performance workstations, the latest browser and all the plug-ins, but there are more who have just the bare essentials and have not updated their software since they purchased their system. If you site design does not cater for this group you have lost them as visitors and more importantly as customers.

You must provide clear and easy to undertand navigation to all the pages on your site. If you use graphical links you should also provide text links, see below.
