Combination of Letters and Numbers identifying the Body Model and Style. 
  - first 2 characters - is the series of the vehicle.
 
  - 8 - signifies Holden Australia.

  - M - defines this as a commercial vehicle or N for Kingswood.
 
  - XX - is the Body style

This is the unique number of the body assigned from the body assembly plant.  
5.5 Assembly Plant Suffix
  - A = Adelaide
 
  - B = Brisbane
 
  - M = Melbourne 
 
  - S = Sydney
 
  - NZ = New Zealand
 
 
2 Trim
  - XXXX XX X - Interior Paint colour and Trim combinations.
