     Pull-out liner notes include a list of certain SRV gigs from 1977 to
     1990 (which may have been culled from Craig Keyzer's similar list),
     plus a photo of the helicopter crash, presumably for the morbidly curious.
     Also issued in CD-R format by [Hawg Leg Records, HL128/129]
     (Luxembourg, 1997) with different photos on CD cover.
