Day 17 Phuket to Bangkok to Melbourne

Late start to the day, it had been raining all night and was still raining. Not cold, just wet. Still went for a swim.
Long breakfast watched the storms come through on the couch at the beach.
Been a great holiday
Check out at 5pm and shuttle to Phuket Airport for 8.30pm flight to Bangkok.
The flight to Bangkok was pretty uneventful and we were amazed at how well we did checking in at Phuket. Of course when we got to Bangkok we had to get on one of those shuttle buses and it took us for a trip around the airport, well it seemed that way, and then dropped us off at the other end of the airport to where we had to be. An hour later we made it to our gate. Almost as soon as we sat down there was a huge thunder storm right over the airport. You could see the looks on peoples faces - "I'm not getting on that plane", but by time we took off it was just heavy rain and it was a pretty smooth flight.
When we arrived in Melbourne there was a huge storm, just to remind us we were home.
